Learns how you work, not what you have
Agents learn from patterns and decisions while your team works. A visible indicator shows when learning is on, admins switch it on per department, and anyone can pause it. The learned experience can be deleted at any time.
A public rating for every agent
Each agent is rated on how well it does its job, including accuracy and how often clients undo its work. Agents that keep falling short are removed.
